When anxiety overtakes you

No matter how chill or collected you seem to be, at some point we all deal with our fair share of anxiety. There's a lot of information out there on how to cope with it, but not a ton of information about how to overcome it.

 

In this episode we will be chatting about all the things I did in my own struggle with anxiety to get rid of it for good, including four tangible exercises you can do today. I hope something in it helps you move to greater peace. :)
